Plug & Play is a game adapted from a short animation with the same title made by Michael Frei in 2013. The game was developed by Mario von Rickenbach who works hand in hand with Frei. It is about a series of unconnected scenes involving plugs, plug-headed creatures and fingers. I have not played the game yet, but I really enjoy watching people play it because they can somehow figure out what it takes to advance in the game without any given instructions. Moreover, those who play it can also anticipate what is going to happen in the scenes. Plug & Play prompts the players to use their intuition to make the right move and complete the interactive sets of task to advance in the game. By allowing trial and error, the game allows the player to understand how the plug-headed creatures operates which resonates with what the creators have envisioned it to be; a game which "explore the feeling of anthropoid creatures that go beyond sexuality and reproduction: love".
